Structural Insulated Panelized System (SIPS) is made of Expanded
Polystyrene (EPS). The EPS material is 100% recyclable and contains NO CFC's
or HCFC's gases. There are no chemicals present to cause out gassing.
STRENGTH, QUALITY & SPEED
The EPS panels are delivered in sheets as long as 16 feet. Wall
panels are typically 7 1/4" thick. Channels are "hot-wired" to insert 1" x
4" 20 gauge galvanized steel ( Trademark protected under the UTSA ). Each EPS framing
system is engineered and quality checked by ABB's team of professionals,
ensuring you of a quality product. And because the EPS framing components do
not warp like lumber, the walls are straight and square which will reduce
construction time and make your finish crews' job that much easier.
Structure quality is no longer dependent upon builder/contractor experience,
but is "built in" with our innovative EPS framing system.
PLUMBING ROUGH IN & ELECTRICAL WIRING
Plumbers and electricians alike love , .' EPS
framing system because it makes their job so much easier. A channel is
"hot-wired" in the EPS wall panels which runs the circumference of the
house/structure for the electrical wiring. Special casings are easily cut
out of the panels with a "hot knife" or wire loop to allow for the rough-in
WALL TO FOUNDATION CONNECTION
The EPS panels fit into a an 18 gauge metal U-shaped plate that is
securely fastened to the concrete foundation which eliminates the need to
leave any rebar exposed. The galvanized steel tubes and the angle steel used
in the EPS framing system along with the sturdy means of securing the walls
to the foundation provide for unsurpassed structural strength.

free of dust mites, allergens, toxins and airborne chemicals and is great
for people who are chemically sensitive and/or have trouble with allergies.
AIR & ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Our ventilation system provides a healthy mix of fresh and recycled
air and employs the use of a heat recovery system that allows the unit to
operate very energy efficiently. A ventilation system is a smart purchase
for any home or building located in hot or cold climates and is comparable
in price to other heating/cooling systems on the market. For more
